B2ST to Establish Their Own Label with Hong Kong Investors

K pop boy group BEAST has announced their decision to leave CUBE Entertainment and will establishing their own label with investors from Hong Kong. According to an industry insider on October 31, a person identified as 'A,' who has been in charge of B2ST's Chinese promotions for the last 2 years, is the man who secured the investment for the group's new, independent label after leaving Cube Entertainment.
B2ST did not renew their contract with Cube after 7 years of working with the agency and announced that they would make their own label. The insider explained that 'A' has promised an investment from Hong Kong investors and is heading the establishment of the new label. The insider stated, "It is not known exactly how much the investment will be, but the group will announce the new, independent label soon."
BEAST is a South Korean boy band, formed in 2009 by Cube Entertainment. The band consists of five members: Yoon Doo-joon, Yong Jun-hyung, Yang Yo-seob, Lee Gi-kwang, and Son Dong-woon. Jang Hyun-seung officially departed from the group on April 19, 2016.
