K-Pop girl group BADKIZ was found to have been in a car accident which resulted in a broken windshield, but fortunately no one was seriously hurt, and the girls only suffored very minor injuries.
According to an announcement from a representative of Zoo Entertainment, BADKIZ were in a van together on the Gwangyang Expressway nearby Jangheung County in Mokpo, South Jeolla Province on September 25th at 11pm KST when the car's windshield suddenly cracked without warning. The driver of the car reportedly slammed on the brakes after, and parked the car to refrain from disturbing other vehicles on the road.
After a police investigated the scene of the accident, apparently the windshield cracked due to a bird flying into the car. The bird died on impact, and a few of the members had some bruising due to the sudden stop of the car.
The representative said, "It was difficult to see what was in front of the car due to the fog that surrounded the expressway at the time... A dangerous accident could've almost happened... Things like this happen in life. Fortunately, the members' injuries aren't serious, and we felt the importance of driving safely once again."
BADKIZ is preparing for the release of their second album in the meantime, and it is very fortunate that no one suffered any major injuries. You heard it here at Koogle.tv!
