Big Bang’s T.O.P Receives Visual Culture Award at Prudential Eye Awards

Big Bang member T.O.P was awarded the Visual Culture Award at 'Prudential Eye Awards' for his artistic talents and potential to grow as an art curator along with his interest in furniture and construction design.
YG Entertainment revealed to the media that T.O.P had received the award at 'Prudential Eye Awards' which was held in Singapore on January 20 at the Sands Theatre in Marina Bay Sands. 'The Prudential Eye Awards' is an award show that recognizes and supports talented and emerging artists all across Asia.
The idol has been studying furniture and construction designs, and visual arts, continuously communicating with many young talented artists. It was revealed that T.O.P is planning on releasing furniture pieces that he designed with a prominent Switzerland furniture brand.
Meanwhile, starting in March, T.O.P will attend the '2015 Prudential Singapore Eye exhibition' held at the Art Science Museum in Marine Bay Sands as an art curator.
Choi Seung Hyun better known by his stage name T.O.P, is a South Korean rapper, singer-songwriter and actor. He is a member of the South Korean boy band Big Bang and has also participated in various dramas and films, such as I Am Sam, Iris, Nineteen,71: Into the Fire, Commitment and Tazza: The Hidden Card.
In 2010, T.O.P and bandmate, G-Dragon collaborated to record and release the album GD & TOP (2010). The album saw the release of three singles: "High High," "Oh Yeah", and "Knock Out", all of which have charted within the top three positions of the Gaon chart, with "High High" becoming a chart-topper. Jeff Benjamin Billboard K-Town columnist noted that T.O.P is well known for his low-bass timbre rapping.
