BTS Accused of Copying EXO Again…

K pop boy group BTS is being accused of copying k pop boy group EXO again. On May 13, a recent post from an online community read, 'BTS copying EXO's photocards this time'. The said photocards, designed like school ID cards, have been compared to EXO's student ID photocards. Both items list the members' name, birthday, and signature along with a photo. ARMY fired back with comments that said, "This is not BTS's fault. SK Telecom, who created the photocards, are ones to blame", "Are ID cards created by EXO?? Why are you trying to blame BTS", "Wow.. just trying to say everything is copied now?? Just stop", and more.
BTS, also known as Bangtan Boys, is a seven-member South Korean boy group formed by Big Hit Entertainment. They debuted on June 13, 2013, with the song "No More Dream" from their first album, 2 Cool 4 Skool. BTS has won several "New Artist of the Year" awards, including those at the 2013 MelOn Music Awards and Golden Disk Awards, and the 2014 Seoul Music Awards. A year after their debut, they received major bonsang awards for Dark & Wild and The Most Beautiful Moment In Life, Part 1. Having performed in Asia, North America, and South America, their outstanding performances won the Best World Performer award in the 2015 Mnet Asian Music Awards.
