BTS ARMYs under fire for allegedly unorderly manner at the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympic K-pop Festival

BTS fans, otherwise known as ARMYs, are currently under fire online for allegedly displaying unorderly manner at the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympic K-pop Festival, which took place on September 7th. Members of an online community have voiced their displeasure at the allegedly rude behavior of BTS fans, who were accused of pushing chairs, taking other fandoms’ seats, and even cursing at fans of other idols.

Event-goers claimed that some ARMYs took seats that didn’t belong to them and even stood on top of the chairs when BTS came out to perform, blocking others’ views. BTOB fans, known as Melody, claimed they had politely informed ARMYs that some of the seats were reserved for their fandom, but they were ignored and ARMYs still sat down.
