BTS' Jimin is currently in the United States promoting BTS' newest album on their world tour, but just because he's focused on spending time with international ARMYs doesn't mean he's forgotten about his hometown of Busan. On May 7th (KST) the Busan Metropolitan City Office of Education revealed that Jimin had donated 100 million Korean Won - or over $85,000 US Dollars - to Busan students from low income families. As Jimin is currently in the U.S., his father, Park Hyun Soo, donated the amount in Jimin's stead. A representative from the Office of Education stated that, "Jimin has consistently donated 60 autographed BTS albums to his high school and paid for 10 school uniforms at his middle school."
