China’s Commerce Ministry has published a list of technologies and products that are banned in exporting to North Korea. The list covers goods that could be used for nuclear, chemical, biological, and long range missiles.
China accounts for more than 80 percent of North Korea's trade and Pyongyang has been trading both military and civilian products and technologies with Beijing through border towns like Dalian and Dandong.
"As China pushes to resume the stalled six-party talks, it has made it clear it wants to continue sanctions against North Korea's nuclear weapons program," said a diplomatic source in Beijing.
