EXID’s Hani Is the Most Popular Star on Television in 2015

After some tedious research, it seems that EXID’s Hani is the most popular television personality! Good Data Corporation analyzes data such as what is trending on television, and decided to take a closer look at the popular stars who had raised viewer ratings on the television programs single-handedly by simply appearing in them. The conclusion of the findings showed that Hani was in first place as the hottest star of television this year!


From the total 19 television programs she made an appearance in this year, she attained high scores for sixteen of them. The programs that she had the biggest influence in were “Crime Scene 2” and “Please Take Care of My Refrigerator”. After the top two influential shows were 'My Little Television,' 'Running Man,' 'Mask King,' 'A Style For You,' and, 'Laws of the Jungle.'  After those, she was also popular in 'Dating Alone,' 'Our Neighborhood Arts and Physical Education,' 'EXID's Showtime,' 'Same Bed, Different Dreams,' 'Sugar Man,' 'SNL Korea 6,' 'Ssul Jeon (War of Words),' 'Match Made in Heaven Returns,' 'Weekly Idol,' and more.


The second place star was Jang Dong Min who had over 1,000 points on 11 out of 22 programs. In third place was Kim Gu Ra with 10 programs. In fourth place was Kangnam, Kang Kyun Sung, and Minah with 9. Choi Hyun Suk, Kim Young Chul, Jun Hyun Moo, Hwang Suk Jung, Seo Jang Hoon, Son Ho Joon, and Hong Suk Chun all were tied for seventh.


Good Data Corp. commented, "Among the 19 programs Hani appeared on, she did appear as temporary guests, but this is enough to acknowledge that she was the most buzz worthy this year."


Ahn Hee-yeon (born May 1, 1992), better known by her stage name Hani (Hangul: 하니), is a South Korean idol singer and television personality. She is known as a member of the South Korean girl group EXID and its subgroup, Dasoni. She was also a cast member in several variety shows such as Off to SchoolCrime Scene and A Style for You.
