EXO’s Chanyeol Confirmed for SBS Program ’18 Seconds’

EXO member Chanyeol has been confirmed for to appear in the SBS pilot program ’18 Seconds’.  Lee Kyung Gyu and announcer Bae Sung Jae have paired up as the MCs of the show and it has been confirmed that Chanyeol, Kim Na Young, profiler Pyo Chang Won, Kim Jong Min, and movie director Bong Man Dae will appear as guests on the show.

The show “18 Seconds” is inspired by the fact that the average person focuses for about 18 seconds when watching a video on their smartphones.The purpose of this show is for the guests to create a 18 second video with the highest view count in the world. Through using apps on smartphones, this show embeds a new way for viewers to interact with their favorite celebrities.

On July 24, an official involved in the show revealed that “the show will be made in a format in which eight celebrity guests who are representatives of their own genre of the entertainment industry will battle each other for popularity. ”

Park Chanyeol, simply known as Chanyeol, born November 27, 1992 in Seoul, South Korea, is a South Korean actor and a singer of the South Korean-Chinese boy group EXO  and its sub-group EXO-K. He is currently signed to S.M. Entertainment in South Korea and Avex Trax in Japan.
