Four female Korean celebrities have revealed their fitness secrets

Four female Korean celebrities have revealed their fitness secrets to beauty and fashion magazine, “Sure.” Seungah from K-pop girl group Rainbow, Jungah, a former member of K-pop girl group After School, Yoonjo, a former member of K-pop girl group Hello Venus, and model Cheon Yi-seul talked about how they stay fit. 

Seungah said that she does Pilates three times a week and focuses on the types of Pilates that strengthen her hips, thighs, and calves.

Jungah said that she goes to the gym on a regular basis. On days she can‘t go, she does sit-ups at home before going to bed. 

Yoonjo also favors Pilates and talked about the benefits of regular exercise. “I first began Pilates as a means of rehabilitation after I hurt my leg while working as a member of Hello Venus. I felt the positive effects Pilates had, not only on rehabilitation but my health in general, so I continue to do it on a regular basis,” she said.

Cheon Yi-seul also said she exercises almost every day. “Exercising is a daily activity for me.”
