Gyuri is Featured in ADDY K

Former KARA member Gyuri is the latest starlet to be featured in the fashion publication ADDY K. The star revealed that there is a difference in speaking Japanese in daily life versus acting in Japanese. In order to get used to Japanese, Gyuri said she always had Japanese movies and dramas turned on in the background.
Park Gyuri is a South Korean singer, actress and radio personality known for being a former member and leader of girl group Kara. Prior to her singing career, she was a child actress. Her first appearance was on Today is a Nice Day in 1995 where she played the girlfriend of Kang Ho-dong's brother. She later appeared as the teenage version of Kim Jung-eun's character in Ladies of the Palace in 2001. She is the only daughter of popular voice dubber Park Sohyun. She's the one who came up with the name Kara which comes from the Greek word chara, which was interpreted to mean "sweet melody"
