Park Shin Hye
Actress Park who is currently appearing in the new series “Doctors,” lost 3 kg just for this drama. She did not eat anything after 6 p.m. and constantly drank water in which red-beans had been boiled. The water is thought to alleviate swelling. Park ate two times a day, with cucumber and cabbage featuring heavily in her diet.
For exercise, she cycle two to three times a week. Park recommends modern dance to lose weight since it includes both aerobic and strength exercises. During the summer, she enjoys water sports as well.
An actress as well as a K-pop idol, Suzy has her own principle when it comes to keeping fit. She says she has the type of body that gains muscle very well, making her figure naturally muscular. So she focuses on restricting her food by only eating a sweet potato, a chicken breast, a glass of milk and some salad each day. Like actress Park Shin-hye, Suzy would not eat after 6 p.m.
In order to keep her a lean figure, she does lots of aerobic exercises and pilates.
K-pop girl group Sistar is known for being fit and healthy. However, she once went through an unhealthy way of losing weight. Soyou went on an extreme diet by only having one sweet potato for breakfast, a boiled egg and bread for lunch and just three pieces of sushi for dinner.
For the rest of the day, the singer would do strength training as well as dance practice. Soyou recommends kohlrabi, which has a similar texture to radish, as a diet snack.
Wonder Girls’ rapper Yubin is well-known for her healthy looking tanned skin and slim body. Yubin had a rather chubby figure at the time of Wonder Girls’ release of “Nobody” in 2008. She got her current figure by sticking to two meals a day and constantly exercising.
