Many idols are paying their respects to SHINee's Jonghyun since his passing on December 18th. With the collective shock from the passing, a lot of them have spilled their grief onto social media. To them, Jonghyun was their friend, their influence, and so much more. The pain and grief that the ones close to him feel cannot even be imagined. A lot of them are still in disbelief from hearing the news, unable to believe what's happened.
We'll miss you, Jonghyun. They'll miss you. We hope you rest in peace. We love you.
Former EXO's Luhan: "I can't believe it. Rest in peace. You were the best vocal."
Former EXO's Tao: "I can't believe it... The first time I went to Korea, the weather was very cold then. The first time I went to a broadcast station, I heard the song 'Hot Times' for the first time. It left such a beautiful memory. Because of that stage, that song, I wanted to quickly go on stage myself and wanted to start practicing. Thank you for being my strength. Hyung, you were the first sunbaenim I've met in Korea. Right now, my feelings are just... impossible to describe."
Park Ji Min: "Please I can't believe it still. Rest in peace."
2PM's Jun.K: "My heart aches so bad. There must've been so much concerns and pain behind the brightness. Hope he rests in peace.."
2PM's Nichkhun: "Rest in peace."
2PM's Junho: "I can't believe this. I don't want to believe this.."
