I.O.I member Choi Yoo Jung is featured in the current issue of the fashion publication High Cut Magazine. This is her first pictorial with the magazine, where she shared on members departing ways.
The starlet spoke on member Kim Do Yeon, “She's a friend that I can depend on. Last year when I was having a hard time, Kim Do Yeon listened and even cried for me. I was really thankful that she thought of me that much. My heart also ached when Do Yeon cried once. Then I realize that I think of her as a true friend."
On IOI's eventual disbandment and their debut in other girl groups, Choi Yoo Jung commented, "I think I will get teary and also kind of sad." She added, "It'll be sad but we will not drift apart."
I.O.I is a South Korean girl group formed by CJ E&M through the 2016 reality show Produce 101 on Mnet. They debuted on May 4, 2016 with a mini-album, and are expected to actively promote four albums, either as a whole or as sub-units, until January 2017.
