Jang Hyun Seung, Formerly of B2ST, Resigns with CUBE Entertainment

Jang Hyun Seung, formerly of the k pop boy group BEAST, has re-signed with CUBE Entertainment. Hyunseung and B2ST's contracts with the agency expired this past October, and the former group member has decided to continue with the company after 7 years as a labelmate. Cube stated, "Hyunseung has signed an exclusive contract with Cube. We'll support and assist him, so he progresses as a mature artist." As for the 5 B2ST members, the label stated, "Hyunseung's renewal and B2ST's contract situation are two separate things. We're offering B2ST proposals and are currently waiting for a response."
Jang Hyun Seung, most often credited as Hyunseung, is a South Korean idol singer, dancer and musical actor. He is best known as a former member of the boy band Beast, under the label Cube Entertainment. With Beast, he has released singles and albums in both Korean and Japanese. Beast won the Artist of the Year (Daesang) award at the Melon Music Awards in 2011. Hyunseung is also one half of the duo Trouble Maker with Cube labelmate HyunA. In December 2011, the duo released their debut mini-album with the lead single, "Trouble Maker."
