KBS has banned a song from Triple H’s latest album, citing vulgar lyrics. The state broadcaster said Tuesday that “What’s Going On,” which is part of the trio’s debut album “199X,” does not meet broadcasting standards.
“One particular line saying, ‘Last night, we did enough. We became one,’ suggests sexual intercourse between a man and woman,” KBS said.
Members HyunA and E’Dawn wrote the lyrics for the song.
Meanwhile, other songs, including the lead track “365Fresh,” qualified to be broadcast.
