Kim Hyun Joong and Ms. Choi finally were able to sit and have their scheduled paternity tests taken on December 14th at the Seoul National University Hospital. Ms. Choi showed up at the hospital with her lawyer in tow and the baby in her arms. Kim Hyun Joong’s lawyer stated that it would be difficult for his client to show up for the testing due to his current enlistment in the military, but the actor still managed to show up at the hospital at a different time than Ms. Choi.
Ms. Choi didn’t release any comment about the testing, the birthing of her baby, the baby’s gender, or whether or not she was in contact with Kim Hyun Joong. Her lawyer spoke on her behalf by stating, "We are taking the test, and we're 100% certain that the baby is Kim Hyun Joong's. We will issue a statement following the test results."
