Korea Wins 3 Gold Medals in Tae Kwon Do at 2014 Incheon Asian Games

Korea won three gold medals in taekwondo in the 2014 Asian Games in Incheon on Wednesday, after spending the first day without winning any. Kim So-hui who ended the drought, beating Taiwan's Lin Wan Ting 10-4 in the women's under-46 kg class.
Lee Ah-reum also took gold in the women's under-57 kg class by edging out Japan's Mayu Hamada 6-4. In the men's over-87 kg class, Jo Chol-ho prevailed 7-6 over this year's Asian and World championships winner Dmitriy Shokin of Uzbekistan. Jo's was the 50th gold medal for Korean taekwondo players in Asian Games history.
