Korean Women’s Golf Team Wins Gold in Golf at 2014 Incheon Asian Games

Korean women defended the 2014 Incheon Asian Games title in golf, following the quadrennial sporting events in 2006 and 2010. Park Gyeol had eight birdies and no bogeys in the fourth and final round on Sunday to finish 19-under 269, edging out Budsabakon Sukapan of Thailand by one stroke.
In other golf events -- men's individual, men's team and women's team -- Korea managed to win silver. Kim Nam-hun won silver with 15-under 273 in the men's individual event, just behind Taiwan's Pan Cheng-tsung who won gold with 17-under 271.
