Korea's Fine Dust Levels 2nd-Worst in OECD

Korea's fine-dust pollution is among the worst among OECD countries.

Korea had an average particle count of 32 micrograms per cubic meter in 2015, second only to Poland among the 35 OECD member countries and more than double the average.

Iceland and Norway had the cleanest air.
