Ladies' Code's former manager, who was responsible for driving the girl group's van at the time of their accident that left members EunB and RiSe dead, has come to an agreement for a settlement with the families of the late singers. During the April 8th appeal, the Ladies' Code manager's lawyer stated that an agreement was reached with each family.
The remorseful manager tearfully read aloud an apology letter at the late artists' trial, stating, "I apologize from the bottom of my heart to each of the families and the victims. I vow to visit each family in person and ask for forgiveness." The manager also extended a heartfelt thank you to his family who have been supporting him since day 1. "I know there will be many people who will continue to resent me for this accident. I will continue to live this life in atonement."
The former girl group manager has been sentenced to two years and six months in prison, after his appeal for a sentence of a year and 2 months was deemed "too light".
Our hearts continue to go out to the late EunB and RiSe's families, friends, and fans.
