LG filed a patent lawsuit against U.S. smartphone maker BLU on Monday for allegedly violating its LTE patents. LG asked the U.S. International Trade Commission to ban sales of BLU phones and filed the damage suit in the district court of Delaware.
BLU is the U.S.' sixth largest smartphone maker and sold 5.2 million phones there last year. LG said BLU ignored four written warnings since last year.
