Music Charts’ Accuracy Under Fire After Lim Jae Hyun’s Fall 2018 Ballad Reaches #1

The accuracy and trustworthiness of Korean music charts is being questions as once again a song has temporarily but unexpectedly reached the top spot surpassing hit songs like Jannabi’s ‘For Lovers Who Hesitate’ and BTS’ ‘Boy With Luv’ – currently trending in the top two spots. The song in question is soloist Lim Jae Hyun’s debut single ‘If There Was Practice in Love’ which was released back on September 25th, 2018. The song may be receiving increase popularity these days after a cover from Monday Kiz’s Lee Jin Sung, but many people are suspicious of how the song really rose to the top spot on charts.
