It seems that the Hallyu Wave is still splashing onto the shores of the United States since it has been reported that TV personality and actor Nick Cannon might be co-producing an upcoming K-Pop show titled, "The Drop" or "K-Pop High"!
The show will be a music comedy about high school, and the setting is set to be in a boarding school where three girls all meet and realize that they all have passion and some skill in K-Pop. The show seems to be following the platform of "Glee", with a slight dash of K-Pop thrown into the equation.
Nick Cannon will be working with DHX Media project next to co-producers Tommy Lynch, Steve DeNure, Tracey Jardine, and Jim Corston. Other TV shows DHX Media has worked on are shows like "Arthur", "Angela Anaconda", and "The Adrenaline Project". The production date is set to launch between December 2014 and March 2015, and will most likely be aired on Nickelodeon.
