Vogue "Body Heat" (NSFW)

Vogue Korea put out a little spread on how to keep that body toned up for the summer. Of course, they did it in the most Vogue way possible, with stunning black & white photos, gorgeous models, accompanied by sensual, sexy poses. No Vogue spread is complete without some major styling, the models got laced up in Saint Laurent, Burberry, Alexander Wang, Givency and a few more of our favotire designers.

By using a series of photos to diesect how, when and what to eat, as well as some light excerises you can do to stay tight, Vogue took this seemingly boring subject and turned it into a fun spread that kept us wanting more.  It's fairly common knowledge now that 3-5 small meals a day is the way to go to keep your metabolism going and burn those calories. So eat more...and eat less, I guess. Performing heaveir aerobic excerises in high reps, while adding light anerobic excerises really helps to tone things up all over. Yoga, yoga, yoga, it really is incredible how much of a workout stretching your body and meditating can be for you. It combines aerobic and anerobic excersie into one, while helping you clear you mind of stress which plays a huge factor on your health.
