Park Ji Yoon’s talks about her fitness regimen for her sexy figure

Park Ji Yoon is known for her sexy figure and abs in the k-pop world.  She shared her methods on KBS 2 TV’s ‘1 vs 100’.  Park Ji Yoon shared, "I exercise diligently, regulate my diet, and eat mainly healthy foods. I try to eat at scheduled times. My life is an irregular business and when I was young, I would not eat and then eat all at once, ruining my health."

Park Ji Yoon continued, "In a way, it's something I learned from promoting for such a long time. I pack my meals, and when I have time, I try to eat three meals a day."
