‘Shopping King Louie’ rating shoots up

MBC’s “Shopping King Louie” managed to score the highest in viewership ratings on Thursday’s episode. According to data from Nielsen Korea on Friday, “Shopping King Louie” garnered 10.5 percent in viewership, while the previous top drama SBS‘s “Jealousy Incarnate” recorded 10.2 percent and KBS 2TV’s “On the Way to the Airport” came in at 9.3 percent. 

“Shopping King Louie” shot from last place to first place in the Wednesday-Thursday drama time slot. It premiered gaining just 5 percent of the viewership, but it has doubled to claim the No. 1 spot.
