SM Entertainment's Lee Soo Man Is Named One Of Variety's 500 Influential Entertainment Leaders

Lee Soo-man, the founder and CEO of Korea's largest talent management agency SM Entertainment, was listed in Variety 500, an index of the 500 most influential business leaders shaping the global entertainment industry. The American magazine explained he "had a vision for the Korean pop music industry."
"Lee started recruiting Korean Americans and Chinese trainees, which later became an important trend for K-pop to go beyond Korea," it added.
Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook, Tim Cook of Apple and Jack Ma of Alibaba are also included on the list.
