Korea's trade with Iran is expected to recover quickly after a fallow period enforced by international sanctions since both sides tried to keep their decades-old business ties alive. The sanctions were lifted last weekend after the International Atomic Energy Agency said Tehran is complying with its obligations under a recent deal with the U.S. and EU.
Korean construction companies as well as automakers are eager to hunt for new business opportunities since Iran used to be Korea's second biggest trading partner in the Middle East.
