An Army sergeant who is serving a 35-year prison sentence for bullying his subordinate to death got a further term of three years Wednesday after bullying inmates. The 27-year-old sergeant, surnamed Lee, was convicted in April of murdering a private first class known as Yoon in a series of bullying and violent incidents inflicted on the subordinate.
The military appellate court decision put him in a military prison for a 35-year term. In late October, Lee was freshly indicted by military prosecutors on charges of bullying his inmates before a military court sentenced him to three more years behind bars earlier on Wednesday.
