Summer diet foods that female stars recommend

Summer has arrived along with a long-forgotten reminder of the warm muffin-tops resting on many of our bellies. To achieve a fit and fabulous figure, exercise is necessary, but a weight loss-friendly diet high in protein and nutrition is also vital. Here are some Korean female celebrities’ figure-friendly food choices:

1. Park Shin-hye: Cucumber
Actress Park Shin-hye has revealed through a media outlet that she enjoys cucumbers throughout her day. She also drinks red bean tea, which is low in calories and is thought to relieve swelling.

2. Suzy, Kang Min-kyung : Sweet Potato
Suzy adds sweet potatoes to her meal selection as a way to keep the weight off. Kang Min-kyung mentioned on TV that she lost 13 pounds in just 2 weeks by going on a sweet potato diet.

3. IU: Apples
IU is another avid fan of sweet potato and she adds more healthy, yet juicy sweetness to her meal plan with apples.

4. Ailee, Seo In-young: Bananas
Bananas are rich in fiber. Ailee supposedly slimmed down with a diet that featured a lot of bananas, salad and chicken breast. Seo In-young's breakfast meal consists of eating 2 bananas and water.

5. Sistar’s Soyou: Hardboiled eggs
Eggs can provide a balance of nutrients and can help you feel satisfied for a long time. 

6. Kang So-ra: Yogurt 
Kang So-ra’s diet philosophy is to plan a balanced meal. She eats yogurt to enhance her digestion.

7. Hwang Jung-eum: Tofu
Tofu is full of natural protein that is an alternative for those who can’t or don’t want to consume meat -- but it is also lower in calories and saturated fat.
