Super Junior’s Kangin Officially Gets Fined for DUI Incident

It has just been announced that Super Junior member Kangin has been officially charged and given a penalty fee for his recent DUI incident. Reports from the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office showed that Kangin would be penalized for a lump sum of 7 million Korean Won, or $6,050.00 US Dollars.
The DUI incident occurred on May 24th when Kangin operated a motor vehicle with a BAC (Blood Alcohol Content) of 0.157%, almost double the legal limit of the United States. He drove his Mercedes Benz into a pole, afterwards which authorities showed to handle the accident. Kangin previously was charged a penalty of $8,000 USD in January of 2010 for his DUI hit and run accident.
