[TV/MOVIE] Hollywood’s Spike Lee does his remake of Korean Movie ‘Oldboy’

Director Spike Lee's version of Park Chan-wook's hit Korean movie "Oldboy" (2003) will soon hit theaters in the U.S.  The Hollywood remake, which features Samuel Jackson, Elizabeth Olsen and Sharlto Copley, had its premiere in New York on Monday and is set to be released nationwide on Nov. 27. 

The release date for Korea has not yet been decided.  Meanwhile, a digitally-remastered version of the original film will be screened at local theaters in Korea next week to mark the 10th anniversary of its release.
