In Korea, a particular photo has gone viral in regards to the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics and it's not an image of an athlete winning. During the Cross Country Skiing Men's 15km + 15km Skiathlon event, South Korean athlete Kim Eun Ho had two North Korean coaches cheering for him as he attempted to catch up to the rest of the skiers.
The North Korean coaches were at the location for training and the moment they cheered for him was caught on camera.
The image was introduced by TBS' Kim Eo Joon who stated, "Main news portals are more interested in photos that cause friction and aren't going to focus on this image that will symbolize the Pyeongchang Olympics. But this moment when North Korea is supporting a South Korean athlete, will go down in history."
Kim Eun Ho was ultimately disqualified from the race but this moment will be remembered and cherished the same way that selfie of the North Korean gymnast and South Korean gymnast made waves back in August 2016.
