In the midst of controversial issues ongoing with former CEO of YG Entertainment, Yang Hyun Suk and former Big Bang member, Seungri, both individuals have been suspected of illegal gambling overseas. Although both parties have been investigated for illegal gambling, mediating prositution, and evading taxes, soliciting prostitution, embezzlement of business funds, and distribution of illegal sexual content via social platforms, they were just seen going in and out of casinos in Las Vegas, Nevada. It seems that the two stayed in their own VIP rooms at the MGM Hotel in Las Vegas and betted hundreds of dollars.
According to the media outlet 'Newsroom', Yang Hyun Suk gambled over 1 billion Won ($827,155 USD) and lost about 600 million Won ($496,332 USD). Additionally, Seungri betted around 2 billion Won ($1,654,533.42 USD) and losing 1.3 billion Won ($1,075,451 USD).
The association responsible for managing and overlooking the casinos has records of Yang Hyun Suk and Seungri entering the casinos, the times they gambled, the amount they betted, and their winnings and losses. An official investigation into the illegal gambling will soon begin.
